This notice explains what happens to personal data on this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask and we will rewrite it.

What we collect, and why
Only an email address, and only if you type it into the form yourself. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your country, your income or anything about your tax situation.

What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own purposes.
- We do not send advertising for other companies.
- We do not build a profile of you or make automated decisions about you.
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss. If that ever changes, this notice changes first.
Who else sees it
The mailing list is operated by an email service provider, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. They store the address and send the emails on our instructions. They may not use it for anything else.
That provider is Brevo — legally Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 498 019 298. Brevo stores subscriber data on servers inside the European Union and acts only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement that meets Art. 28 GDPR. That agreement also lists Brevo's own sub-processors and the safeguards that apply to them; it is published as an annex to Brevo's terms.
Buying on Etsy is separate
Our products are sold on Etsy. If you buy there, Etsy — not us — is the controller for what happens on their platform, and their privacy policy applies. We receive the order information Etsy gives every seller, and we use it only to deliver the order and answer questions about it. We do not add buyers to this mailing list. The only way onto the list is the form on this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- hand it over in a portable format.
You can withdraw your consent at any time — the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email does exactly that, immediately. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.

You can complain to the Slovak supervisory authority:

Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in an email before it takes effect — not quietly, and not afterwards.
